We understand that arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
That’s why, at The Chiropractic Wellness Center of Hudson, our aim is to remove any stress, and make you feel as comfortable as possible. In this area of the website you will be able to take care of items necessary for your visit prior to arriving, in the comfort of your own home.

Both forms completed? Great! Below is what to expect on your first visit.
Sign In: Turn in your paperwork at the front desk and our staff walks you through the sign-in process. She will take your insurance information and our billing specialist will confirm your benefits.
Insurance: While the doctor is looking over your information our billing specialist will go over your benefits in detail and confirm or answer any questions you may have.
Consultation: You will meet with the doctor to decide if yours is a chiropractic case. They will ask you detailed questions and go over any prior imaging or bloodwork to allow them to better diagnose you.
Spinal Exam: A comprehensive spinal examination including orthopedic, neurological, and deep tendon reflexes will be performed. Wear comfortable clothes so you may be examined with ease.
Treatment Plan: The doctors will go over your treatment plan, including setting your individual health goals. Next, the doctors will review the films and the exam with you. Finally, we will tell you what to expect from treatment, as well as answer any questions you may have.

At the beginning of the 2nd appointment, the doctors will do a report of findings and discuss how we will attain your health goals set on the 2nd visit. We will ask you how you are doing, answer any questions that they may have, and continue with treatment. Active and passive rehab will be implemented along with any adjunct therapies needed for your specific case.
