Yes! Infants and children benefit from regular chiropractic adjustments!

With infants it can help with recovery after birth, ease colic symptoms and fussiness, reflux, sleeping, ear infections, etc. The adjustments may only involve a gentle massage that goes unnoticed by the baby. The adjustments are very gentle and any pressure that may be applied is done so with a gentle and soft hand typically with less force than checking the ripeness of an avocado!

Children are very physically active and experience many types of falls and blows from activities of daily living as well as from participating in sports. Children can benefit with the support of their growing bones, boosts immunity and overall wellness to allow their bodies to function at their best!

Chiropractic adjustments during pregnancy help optimize environment for proper fetal position, supports a natural and easier birth, helps relieve low back and pubic pain. Due to the effects of the hormone relaxin and its contribution to sacral instability during pregnancy, it is beneficial to start care as soon as possible.

Once you give birth you may come back in for regular adjustments whenever you are feeling comfortable or released by your doctor. This will help realign your spine after the labor process to allow your body to recover.
