Personal Training

Our personal trainer’s goal is to help clients achieve their goal whether it be a weight loss program, a program to help clients increase their muscle mass, or a speed and agility program for athletes. To ensure a safe and efficient workout, she reviews the client’s spinal condition with Dr. Bue before the personal training sessions. This allows her to execute the optimal exercise program for the client.
