Lauren Feciuch graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Athletic Coaching. In her four years at Baldwin Wallace, she played on the Baldwin Wallace Varsity Softball team. She also helped lead the team to an OAC championship and an NCAA regional appearance in 2010. Lauren was also a part of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee at Baldwin Wallace. Not only did she participate as an athlete at BW, but she also had the ability to construct proper workouts for individuals and athletic teams she believed were most beneficial.
Lauren became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine in December of 2014. Her goal is to help clients achieve their goal whether it be a weight loss program, a program to help clients increase their muscle mass, or a speed and agility program for athletes. Lauren will also have the opportunity to review the clients spinal condition with the Bue’s before the personal training sessions start. That way she can come up with a proper exercise program based on the client’s spinal condition.
Lauren is passionate about what she does and believes there is no better feeling than helping other people achieve their health goals. She has had the opportunity to play volleyball, basketball, and softball in her lifetime which helps her understand the fitness and wellness aspect of her job. Lauren is excited to bring her expertise to CWCH and loves getting to know each patient and work with them on an individual basis. She is a motivated and confident individual and looks forward to sharing her passion for health with others!
